Payload enhancement kit for VW T6.1, to reach a GVW of 3500 kg

This complete kit includes the following items:

• Front spring kit (front axle): Includes reinforced springs and travel stops.
• Rear spring kit (rear axle): Includes reinforced main springs and an additional spring wedge to increase ground clearance by 15 to 30 mm, depending on vehicle configuration.

Important note for vehicles with all-wheel drive (4motion): For vehicles equipped with 4motion all-wheel drive, a rear differential spacer kit (Order number: TA-T6-106-D-Kit-Diff).

WARNING! For vehicles equipped with tripod joints (T6 with DSG or 150 kW), the installation of steering stops is essential!

Please note that the load increase ratio (Order code: TA-T6-102-60-zGG) is not included in the kit price and must be ordered separately.

To obtain the load increase report, we will need a scanned copy or photo of your vehicle registration certificate (carte grise) - Part I.

Requirements for increased payload :

• The base vehicle must have a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVW ) of at least 2800 kg.
• Wheels must have a maximum load of 875 kg per wheel.
• Tire load ratings must be at least 103.

For vehicles with a GVW of less than 3000 kg and/or engine power of less than 96 kW, the increase in payload can be reduced (e.g. to 3400 kg). We will be happy to check this possibility on a case-by-case basis before you place your order.

Note on delivery times:

The spring kit is usually available within a week. However, please note that the load increase ratio may take several weeks to be delivered.
